Barrier breaking. Belief. Energy.

Though it wasn't a long time, it was a legendary time. Due to Tara's mascoting experience at the University of South Carolina, she was called in to help the Tampa Bay Buccaneers during her time employed with them at the final hour. Their seasoned & stable mascot was unavailable for an important event in Tallahassee, Florida: Tampa Sports Day. The entirety of the professional mascots in Florida were to gather at the Capitol to celebrate the vital role that they play in Florida culture, and the Buccaneers were almost without a pirate to commandeer their ship. That's when Tara was called in.

Fearing not... Captain Fear was fulfilled by Tara, making her the first female to ever don an NFL mascot uniform. (That is, according to the professionals gathered in the room that day.) Whether history could debunk the title given to her or not, one thing is for certain - Tara left her mark that day and carried the torch forward for females to feel freer to frolic as one of the "furrturnity" members.
